Selected from both private and public sectors, each member contributes unique insights and expertise that fuel our mission. Their dedication and collaborative spirit are vital in driving impactful initiatives and fostering innovation within our community. Together, we strive to create a sustainable future for all.
The Founder
Brigadier General (Ret.) C. David Turner
C. David Turner is Co-founder of Rock Hill Turner Foundation. He is a retired U.S. Army Brigadier General. David is an Eagle Scout.
He served as President, American Waters Military Services Group, and several other corporate positions to include Founder and Consultant with 3E Work. He served on a corporate Board of Directors. He also served on the America's Watershed Initiative Board of Ditectors and the UCM Alumni Foundation Board, where he currently serves as Chair of the Governance Committee.
He holds a Bachelors degree in mathematical sciences from the University of Central Missouri (UCM). He is UCM 2014 Dintiguished Alumni. David has Masters in industrial engineering from Whichita State University and a Masters of strategic studies from the U.S. Army War College. He has a Harvard John F. Kennedy Certificate of Fellowship. David has Certificates of Finance and Accounting from UPENN and MIT.
He holds numerous military awards to include the Distinguished Service Medal.

Jeri L. W. Turner, Esquire
President and Co-Founder
An accomplished attorney with over 30 years as a litigator and manager at Baltimore City Circuit Court, she advances equity and opportunity through legal expertise and community involvement, supporting educational, service, and scholarship initiatives to drive meaningful change.

Ron Moore
COO and Co-Founder
Directs the NSBE, St Louis Chapter Gateway's Pre-College Initiative, empowering underrepresented youth through STEM programs. He mentors grade school students, fostering academic success and career opportunities in engineering, while promoting diversity and inclusion in STEM fields.

Charles H. Allison, Jr.
Treasurer
A Professor Emeritus at The New School who serves as an accomplished business consultant and elite MBA program advisor. For over 40-years he has advised private, public, governmental, and non-profit organizations. Through Vision Consulting Associates LLC, he provides trusted leadership and growth strategy advice to businesses. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Benjamin Bigelow, PMP
A Senior Operations Executive with 35 years of experience leading multi-billion-dollar infrastructure, defense, and federal programs. A retired US Army Colonel, he previously directed massive civil works portfolios for the US Army Corps of Engineers and spearheaded high-consequence disaster recovery and medical construction initiatives. He currently leverages this extensive leadership background as the Director of Federal and Defense Programs at AECON, driving strategic growth and contract acquisition across complex federal markets.

LaVaughn Henry, Ph.D.
A Harvard Ph.D. in Economics, who has served on the White House Economic Counsel and Senior Regional Officer and Vice President of Cincinnati Branch Federal Reserves. A seasoned economist, excels in monetary policy, banking, and public finance. With leadership roles in prominent institutions, he offers strategic insights on economic trends and fiscal strategies while championing financial literacy and equitable economic growth.
